Getting Creative with Farmer’s Market Finds:

ppp

Farmer’s market cherry popper tomatoes (Alstede Farms) stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella from the Sal’s Salumeria (not Andreas, though they are excellent as well).

Hollow out your cherry peppers, stuff in the cheese and prosciutto, and bake on a cookie tray at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Yum!

Pretty fresh peppers pic.

Personally, I’m going to try to find a bike to buy from We Build Bikes, because as I said before, I think it’s high time I join the cyclists of this great city.

If you can’t make it this weekend, the market will be held one Sunday each month for the rest of the year. Stay tuned for reminders of the future dates.
