Racers take their mark at 8:30am. (Registration opens at 7am.) The USA-TF certified course is the fastest course in the tri-state area, mostly flat and running along the Hudson River waterfront in Jersey City. The Post-Race Party will have refreshments, a local DJ and several prize drawings. Prizes amount to $15,900.
Today is the last day to register online, or you can register on race day for $40. Proceeds are being donated to the Jersey City Medical Center – RWJ Barnabas Health, which is the area’s only not-for-profit hospital and regional trauma center.
Whatever your goals are, my advice is to pick one thing and achieve that. You cannot do 10 things really well at once. But YOU CAN do one thing really well if you focus on that for life-improvement. Once you’ve mastered the first goal, tackle something else. Keep it simple.

Newport Beach, if you didn’t already know, is: 8,000 square feet of authentic, castle-building sand, dozens of Adirondack chairs and large colorful umbrellas. Take inpicture-perfectviews of the Manhattan skyline, from the Empire State building to the One World Trade Center.

I was sold on the idea of the reclining leather seats. “You feel like you’re in a private movie theater in your home!” said Guru. “People start yelling at the screen because they get so comfortable that they forget they’re in public!” she gushed.
Enter the mall, yes we know the Simon Newport Jersey City Mall. It is what it is. Nothing fancy, but fulfills your Vicky’s, Sephora & LUSH needs, the inexpensive trendy chains, plus major deals to be scored at the major department stores.
Walk to the third floor as you observe the random crowd and get on line for your movie ticket—or not. Skip the line and go via machine with card.
